"My time with AnDe has been eye-opening, and transformative. The great thing about AnDe’s approach is that she only provides you with information that pertains to your situation and has realistic expectations about how you’ll progress through the program. I felt like the entire package was tailored specifically to my needs, passions, and interests without being too overwhelming. She reiterates things you (probably should) already know and makes concepts and change easily accessible to implement. Our sessions have felt more like conversations between friends than the weird, sort of taboo feeling of talking to a “therapist”: though make no mistake, those sessions were definitely healthy therapy for me! I’ve enjoyed our conversations so much that I won’t know what to do when my sessions are complete and I don’t have a scheduled call with her on Fridays anymore. Maybe I’ll have to renew?! I definitely feel like I can tackle anything after talking to her."

"I needed to lower my cholesterol and worked with AnDe recently to learn more about nutrition and clean eating. AnDe was incredibly knowledgeable and I learned so much. AnDe spent time with me at the grocery store teaching me good foods vs bad foods, how to interpret labels and ingredients. She sent numerous recipes that were easy to follow and I was on my way to a cleaner diet. It was wonderful and effective. After a couple of meetings, I opened up about my anxiety and self esteem issues, so our time together evolved to cover these areas as well. AnDe listened to my ramblings and simply made everything better. We meditated together, did breathing exercises, she told me to start journaling (now I journal everyday). Every session together started with “tell me three positives that happened this week”. These little things made a huge difference, helping place the focus on the positives in my life. Having AnDe there made me become accountable for my actions with zero judgement. I loved working with her and will continue to have AnDe as my life coach!"
