I am a passionate, driven, energetic person who is dedicated to helping others achieve the level of health and happiness I have found through the power of habit change. I spend my spare and vacation time hiking, rock climbing, running, sipping red, white or any colored wine (life is about balance!), and enjoying quality time with my family. My adventures range from Mount Rainier, Washington to Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. I have experienced the highs and lows in life and have great empathy for each person's situation as a result of the obstacles that life puts in our way; it makes us feel paralyzed- incapable of achieving our goals and being our best selves.The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in habit change through creating personalized plans with realistic, sustainable solutions that allow a balance of work and play, providing tools that enable you to be self-reliant while guiding you forward to achieve your desired goals.
