This favorite service among my clients gives you a chance to connect with me over the course of 12 weeks, truly finding a healthier, happier you. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. I will give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle through these key steps:
- Identify key points of conflict and stressors in your life
- Create a realistic habit-change plan for your unique lifestyle
- Maintain weekly accountability on your goals
- Instill healthier habits with the prescribed appropriate amount of time of 90 days

If you are looking to dive deeply and quickly into what your body needs, nutritionally to function at its best, the 6-Day Intensive is for you. This includes two one-on-one coaching sessions and a "4 Day Energy Experiment," which is specifically designed to help determine what foods give you energy and take away energy and what meal times, amounts, and sources of proteins your body responds best to. The coaching session will help set you up for success for the four days and then assess and develop a strategy for moving forward.
